Matthew P. Deane
Successful experience throughout a career of capital markets leadership. Infrastructure, Project Finance, local government finance and consumer loan securitization includes transportation, water, sewer, utility, health care, education, sports teams, and various lease projects. Led organizations of all sizes throughout an ever changing economic, market and regulatory environment. Led teams that created various complex financial models that provide execution, analysis, and marketing of the securities created for clients’ solutions.
Senior management experience encompasses organizations as start-up; ongoing; and turn-around situations. Thoughtful planning, budgeting, team building, mentoring, measurable deliverables, and assessing performance at all levels resulted in financial success. Deep thoughtful knowledge and integration of financial products, law and regulatory needs resulted in client solutions that had not been considered prior to our team engagement. Working closely with clients to address the financial solution within the context of authorization, regulatory, financial and market requirements created trust and an atmosphere of professional expertise. Balance sheet and cash flow knowledge with specific application related to the financial solutions critical to success. The knowledge and integration of available government and market resources at the local, state and federal levels created efficient and low-cost financing for clients. Client solutions were created in 42 states spanning the entire continent as well as international clients.
Prior to joining Broad Street Capital Markets Mr. Deane has led teams at Lebenthal, Merrill Lynch, Reinoso & Company and L. F. Rothschild.
Chief Executive Officer
Drew Adderly has provided capital markets solutions in both minority and boutique financial firms for nearly two decades. Prior to founding Broad Street Capital Markets, he was SVP of Institutional Sales at Seaport Global. Drew was consistently one of the top-three producing institutional salespersons for the firm and provided sales coverage for the top clients at Seaport. He excelled at raising capital for both equity and debt transactions; usually providing 30% or more of the capital required for both equity and debt transactions for the firm. His previous experience included managing the institutional equities trading desk at the NYC office of Wedbush Morgan Securities, which then generated nearly 10% of the Firm’s revenues in his first 18 months. His other experience included starting the institutional desk for Brookstreet Securities Corporation. Drew also served as Senior Vice President of Institutional Sales and Trading at Utendahl Capital Partners for several years. Drew earned his B.A. in Accounting from Assumption College.
Senior Managing Director
Gerald Domanski is a seasoned and successful financial executive with over twenty- five years of experience. He started his career in 1990 at the largest Specialist firm on the NYSE Spear, Leeds & Kellogg working on the upstairs trading floor. He excelled in his position to Global Head of International Equities and then was promoted to Special Limited Partner. In 2000, Goldman Sachs acquired Spear, Leeds & Kellogg for $6.5 billion in cash and stock. Following the acquisition, Gerald continued to hold several senior management rolls at other financial institutions. Some of these firms and titles were Senior Managing Director, Head of Global Equities at Schwab Capital Markets. Managing Director Head of International Equities at BTIG and CEO, Global Head of Capital Markets at White Weld & Co.
David has 20 years of experience in the financial services industry having spent much of his career as Vice President for Cabrera Capital Markets, LLC, the nation’s largest Hispanic-owned investment bank and broker-dealer. While at Cabrera, he was responsible for institutional business development in public finance, equity and debt capital markets and their equity and fixed income broker dealer. Earlier in his career, Dave held financial positions with Navillus Securities and Fidelity Investments. Mr. Gonzalez also serves on the State Board of Directors of Economics Pennsylvania.
Managing Director and Head of Equities Trading
Prior to joining Broad Street, Jim was a Senior Vice President, Institutional Sales & Trading, Equities at Seaport Global. Prior to this, he worked in the New York office of Dahlman Rose & Co. as Director, Sales & Trading, and previously as a Block Trader/Sales Trader at E*TRADE Capital Markets. Earlier in his career, Jim helped create the Institutional Block Trading Desk at Schwab Soundview Capital Markets and was a Market Maker at Fleet Securities. He started his career at Pershing Trading Company from 1993-1996. Jim earned a B.A. in Economics and Business Administration from Rutgers University.
Bob Willis brings more than 25 years of experience in the institutional fixed income capital markets. Prior to joining Broad Street Capital Markets, Bob spent more than ten years involved in trading and sales of fixed income securities including municipal and corporate securities at CG Capital, Wunderlich, and Tullett Liberty Securities. Earlier in his career, he was an institutional mortgage-backed securities trader at Merrill Lynch and JP Morgan. Bob holds a Bachelor of Science degree in finance from Villanova University and a Master of Business Administration degree in Management from Saint Peter’s University.
